Adults navigating anxiety, mood instability, burnout, or major life changes
Parents needing support with parenting stress, communication, or family dynamics
Families experiencing conflict, disconnection, or challenging transitions
Individuals seeking healthier coping tools and more emotional balance
It can take time to find a therapist or practice that feels like the right fit. If you’re starting therapy—or looking for a space that feels more like you—you’re in the right place.
I offer a grounded, real space that is honest, human, and right there with you. I work with pre-teens, teens, adults, parents, and families navigating emotional dysregulation, life transitions, mood concerns, personality disorders, unsafe behaviors, and relational stress.
My goal is to create an open, safe, and supportive environment where you can explore your emotions, work through challenges, build healthier coping strategies, and make meaningful changes in a way that actually fits your life.
