Trauma Therapy for Individuals, Teens, and Couples in St. Louis, MO

Welcome.

We’re glad you’re here.

Things can feel different than they do right now.

Maybe you're worn down from holding everything together, and no one around you can tell. Maybe something happened that changed how you see yourself, or the people closest to you. Or maybe you've been stuck in the same patterns so long that you've quietly stopped believing things could be any other way.

But they can be.

We offer down-to-earth, evidence-based therapy for real people navigating real life. We work with individuals, teens, and couples, both in person here in St. Louis, MO and virtually across Missouri.

WHAT BRINGS PEOPLE HERE

You're not broken. You're just carrying more than anyone's meant to carry alone.

People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons. Some are in the middle of a crisis, while others look composed on the outside as they're quietly coming apart underneath. And some are simply tired of carrying it alone.

Some of the ways those experiences can show up are:

  • Overwhelming anxiety, past trauma, or burnout that leaves you feeling stuck, no matter how hard you push through.

  • Relationship struggles, whether it's with a partner, family members, or even yourself, that feel distant, tense, or stuck in repeating patterns.

  • Difficult life transitions, grief, or loss that have left you feeling lost, alone, or unsure of who you are and where you're headed.

These are just some of the reasons people seek support. Whatever you're facing, you don't have to navigate it by yourself.

HOW WE WORK

Therapy shaped around you, not a formula.

There's no single method that works for everyone. We draw on proven, evidence-based approaches like EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS, Clinical Hypnosis, ACT, and the Gottman Method, choosing what fits your situation rather than forcing your situation to fit a method. But the tools only go so far. What actually makes therapy work is the relationship between you and your therapist.

When you feel safe enough to be honest, real change becomes possible.

Every treatment plan is built around you, your history, your goals, and your pace. Maybe you're processing trauma, or rebuilding connection in your relationship, or finally trying to understand why you keep getting in your own way. Wherever you are, we'll meet you there.

Our team has deep experience with trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, grief, addiction, teen therapy, and so much more. No pain is too large to be held here. We bring the kind of warmth and honesty that makes it possible to do the hard work together.
